Star Lane Sangiovese 2018

2018 Vintage. The Sangiovese is an Italian varietal and is a well-structured wine. It is rich and has a fruit-forward profile with aromas of cherries, raspberries and mulberries that incorporate well with hints of meaty, gamey and earthy aromas. This wine also shows savoury characters and displays secondary notes such as cedar, spice and milk chocolate. It has a fleshy ripe palate with an intense depth of flavour that has ample fine-grained tannins and opens up with aeration to become smooth and concentrated with a long lush finish. 94 Points

Pizzini Pinot Grigio 2021

What an example of King Valley Riesling – this wine is clean, crisp and refreshing. The colour is straw with a green hue, slightly deeper than previous years. The aromatics are intoxicating and vibrant with notes of lemon sherbet, lime zest and hints of granny smith apple. The palate is zippy and lingering; lemons, limes and traditional lemonade combine with bright, crunchy acidity and great length. Perfect with lightly crumbed salt and chilli calamari.
Campbell's Bobbie Burns Shiraz 2019
One of the best selling Shirazs in Australia. Dark, ruby red. The nose is full and lifted, brimming with integrated plummy fruit and soft vanillan oak. This wine is full bodied with powerful characters of blackberries and dark plum fruit. Smooth and seamless, supported by subtle charred oak. A wonderful vintage that is drinking well in its youth but destined to reward careful cellaring.

Haldon Chardonnay 2019

This wine is a classic oak-aged Beechworth Chardonnay. It has a golden hue. The bouquet is intense showing aromas of meal with hints of citrus and pear, along with a subtle overlay of oak and minerality. The palate is rich with a creamy texture and long length. This is a full-bodied chardonnay that shows intense fruit in the palate along with seasoned lees and oak characteristics. Alcohol: 13.9%

Scion Rose 2020

Made from early-season, handpicked Durif. Basket pressed and wild fermented. A palate of melon, white peach and a touch of guava, with a savoury backdrop and clean finish.

Cofield Pinot Noir 2019

This elegant Pinot Noir comes from the perfect conditions of the King Valley, only 40 minutes from Rutherglen. It has primary strawberry and cherry flavours with rose petal aromas. It’s a big tick of approval from our red wine and Pinot Noir lovers.

The Alpine Valleys provides the cooler conditions that Pinot Noir needs. It is known as quite a fickle variety needing just the right conditions, which 2019 provided. The growing season had the right mix of warmer and cooler days, and most importantly didn't have significant rain events during the harvest period.
